The Gala will have a special focus on raising funds to purchase Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for area schools, cardiovascular screenings for student athletes, and resources to educate and detect heart disease among the area’s most vulnerable populations.
We invite you to celebrate with your special Valentine!
Join us for an unforgettable Valentine Gala filled with music, dinner, dancing and fun. On Saturday, February 9, 2013 the Community Health Network Foundation will host its first annual benefit to support its philanthropic work to improve the health of Central Indiana communities. Themed “The beat goes on…,” this special benefit will raise proceeds through exciting silent and live auction items.
In separate recognition of Community Heart and Vascular Hospital’s (CHVH) 10th anniversary, a special “Open Your Heart” campaign will be introduced. Its proceeds will help provide cardiovascular screenings and automated external defibrillators for local schools and students. CHVH was one of the nation’s first all-digital cardiovascular specialty hospitals in the nation—treating and caring for our friends, families and loved ones with the most innovative, coordinated and compassionate care available.
We are honored to welcome as special guests and co-hosts, media celebrity Jane Pauley and her husband, Doonesbury cartoonist Garry Trudeau along with Master of Ceremonies Mike Ahern. We look forward to welcoming nearly 700 guests to join in this special celebration, “The beat goes on…”
